Pastoral Care Team- Homebound Ministry
Takes the Good News and Eucharist to parishioners in their homes, in the hospital, and in retirement and
assisted living/care facilities.
This Ministry involves listening, prayerfulness, empathy, caring, presence, and personal commitment.
